SolCAP Candidate Gene Form
We are currently accepting candidate genes for the SolCAP tomato and potato genotyping platforms. If you have a gene which you would like to see included on the platform, please submit the sequence using the form below. If we can identify a polymorphism and it meets the design specifications, we will include your gene in our genotyping platform. Both name and email are required so that we can contact you when the genotyping platform designs are complete. You may enter either a GI, EST, accession number, SGN EST or SGN Unigene Identifier for your tomato or potato sequence.
