SolCAP Intravarietal Potato SNPs
In order to find intravarietal SNPs in Bintje, Kennebec, and Shepody, we created individual assemblies for each of these varieties. We filtered and assembled Sanger-derived ESTs found in GenBank. This tool will give SNPS that were found in our Sanger-derived EST assemblies for each of the three varieties.
Search using any or all of the following criteria:
- Variety: Intravarietal SNPs are presented based on the variety you have chosen.
- Contig ID: The SolCAP contig ID for our Sanger-derived EST assemblies. The ID contains the species and variety type -- SolCAP_SPECIES_VARIETY_Contig#. More information regarding these assemblies can be found in the README found at the bottom of this page.
- Minimum EST Coverage: The minimum number of ESTs at a given position for a SNP.
